Today's a day for us to hide behind a mask that helps describe the many monsters we will meet and so exchange our tricks for treats. This is a day of scares and fun and now that it has finally come Somehow it doesn't feel so new with all that we've been going through. I may be wrong but so it seems that every day's like Halloween Our politics are now corrupt The talk is harsh and tones abrupt. So here's a question we must ask that can't be hidden by a mask Is this a course someone decided to keep the people so divided? And how is it that we accept behaviors that are so inept. To bully and call people names is a disgrace, aren't we ashamed? The trick to watching news today Is finding truth in what they say. Let's treat the horror on our screens like everyday is Halloween!!!

CAMOUFLAGE - THE PHYSICAL ABILITY TO BLEND INTO NATURAL SURROUNDINGS.We are being played. For those who do not understand the phrase, it means that we are being fooled! Our mannequin like minds have been manipulated to look without seeing. Our views are expressed through a ventriloquist's dummy as we get played like puppets on strings. The usual order of events in such a scenario is to be first played, next laid and then slayed. This subject may deviate from our usual topics but it is important that we identify the forces behind the principles at work here so that we can address them. It is obvious that the political discourse in the U.S.A. has deteriorated. The most egregious factor of all is that the average american is accepting and/or condoning such childish behavior demonstrated by our "so called" leaders on ALL sides. What is wrong with us (U.S.) and our thinking? Isn't it our responsibility to hold our elected officials to their campaign promises? When and if they fail to make good on their word we should "fire" them at the voting booth and elect someone else. Our issue is not the "issues," the issue is how we address the "issues." Good health for all is a good idea, Illegal immigration is illegal, guns need to be controlled, opioid addiction must be addressed and we know it's important to maintain our environment the same way we take care of our bodies, our cars and our homes. Where is the controversy, what is the problem and why can't we act like grown ups? What's the deal? What kind of game are we playing and how are we playing the game? DISGUISE - TO BECOME UNRECOGNIZABLE THROUGH CHANGING APPEARANCE.Life is like a drama acted out and played before us on the stage of life. It actually is quite interesting. Each of us takes on dual roles as both puppets and puppeteers. The game, as it is called, involves multiple players in various roles. We are all born into the game. As we play our individual parts we are also being played. We are compelled to participate by virtue of existence. So it is advisable to understand the nature and rules of the game we are playing. The nature of the game reveals "Whose Pulling The Strings." The object of the game is to be in charge (control). The pieces of the game is MONEY (influence). And the best players know how to MANIPULATE (exploit) it. Sometimes the puppets themselves have to cut the strings. As marionettes, many puppets are accustomed to and accept the trickle down considerations and controls from above us. After all a top down scenario seems to follow the laws of physics and logic. However all puppets are not controlled by sticks and strings. It is important to recognize, now more then ever before, that all puppets are also players and that all players come from a puppet heritage. As puppets many of us feel powerless. The idea that we are being manipulated as we maneuver through life is not appealing. As puppets perform they tell a story through the actions and images they portray. This role play is meant to teach through illustrations inside of an imaginary world. Wooden puppets have no brains but human puppets do. By exercising our right to determine our individual puppeteers our brains influence the policies of those puppet masters. Puppets do not control their bodies but they do exercise independent thought. As a puppet our voice is reflected by our actions. Regardless of what we think, believe or feel; it is our performance during the show that contains the message we send. CONCEAL - TO HIDE, KEEP FROM NOTICE OR OUT OF SIGHT.PLAYING THE GAME INVOLVES KNOWING WHO PULLS WHAT STRINGS, WHERE TO PLAY, WHEN THE GAME STARTS, HOW TO COMPETE, HOW IT ENDS AND HOW TO WIN. The game is fair if everyone has equal access and plays by the same rules. It is only through maintaining the transparency of the game that its participants can rest assured that they will not be played as a sucker. Unfortunately this is not the case with many of our financial and political institutions. Although "this post" is not about a conspiracy theory it highlights the history and progression of exploitation. It is about the growing inequalities perpetrated by systemic abuse and corruption. "This post" is about multiple conspiracies independently authored yet jointly tied together. The idea that hidden agendas, dirty dealings, and personal enrichment at the highest levels of society exists is nothing new. Greed is non-partisan. What we are addressing, although directly in front of our nose isn't obvious. These issues are systemic, worldwide and encompass both business and government. "This post" is about the game of WEALTH, its legacy, lasting effects and how it affects our thinking and policies today. "This post" points the finger at all of the participating puppets knowingly or unknowingly involved. This includes us all, every pawn, every person and every puppet! "This post" is all about the money and it ain't funny! MASK - TO OBSCURE OR CHANGE THE VIEW THROUGH COVERING IT.Power corrupts and absolute power corrupts absolutely! The wealth, money and power game is nothing new. The creation of money (minting) has given "greed" a whole new way to express itself. Prior to our present form of currency the greatest monetary value was in livestock such as cows, sheep, horses or camels. These visible and tangible assets could be bartered and exchanged like the money we use today. Wealth was defined by the property one owned or controlled. Wealth came through the accumulation of the assets themselves not in a bank vault and especially not on paper. The advent of money changed how we defined wealth. Money has become the representative for and the measure of wealth. Once we began to define wealth through money, the process of accumulating it and controlling it was born. Power could now be derived by monopolizing money. As a result the power of money has become as strong as any army. Monopolies, though illegal in america, are acceptable when it comes to money. The board game"MONOPOLY" gives us good insight into the power of money. The wealth, money and power game of today is similar to playing "MONOPOLY" with added educational and socioeconomic rules. When we look at the big picture it becomes apparent that the most powerful entity in today's society are the banks and financial institutions. What this means for the electorate, or at least implies, is that monetary policies govern our welfare more then laws and elected officials whether we know it or not. AMBIGUOUS - AN UNCLEAR INEXACT INTERPRETATION WITH DOUBLE MEANING.The cause of many conflicts, even among the electorate, comes from focusing on the wrong "factors." The duty of the electorate and the oath of those elected is to maintain integrity and enforce ethics within the power structure. When the system is properly managed it serves everyone, but when it is compromised it only serves those managing it. The purpose behind many of the laws and policies we enforce is simply to protect us from the conflict of interests inherit in managing money. Yes it's a swamp, but it is an exceptionally large swamp. Draining the Everglades in Florida should have taught us a valuable lesson. To successfully drain swamps and wetlands it is critical to know its history and consider the impact on the environment sustained by that swamp. The story of the Everglades epitomizes how repeated efforts to make money even if endorsed by the government can go wrong. It also illustrates that private sector money and ambitions can result in irrevocable harm. Money not missiles are the main instruments of war! The firing of weapons simply acts out a scenario already mapped out during the planning stages. The effects of war are experienced rapidly on the battlefield or slowly in the socioeconomic arena. Soldiers are generally killed quickly, while citizens are gradually displaced, starved and become the victims of atrocities. Rather than have a war on poverty, illiteracy or drugs; we need to have a war on spending! A budget deficit means that our government is working off of a debt based system. A growing deficit means that we have to make larger payments over a longer time. A nation in debt is a nation that is subject to being controlled by its creditors. "Spending credit" or printing money is just another way of taking out a loan or adding debt! Our biggest differences don't arise from being in debt they come out of our disagreement over what we want to be in debt for! Just by prioritizing issues and addressing the most important ones first, our efforts to address the most pressing problems will be more transparent. If our "special" interests have "common" interests the electorate will not be as divided over the monetary solution. The real war is over what we spend the money for! We get sore when we feel our cause deserves it more. The real war is over the movement of money, who spends it on what, how much is siphoned off and kept under who's control. As american's we are being used and suckered into thinking that monies being used for one thing are being diverted from something else. This ambiguity is used to create a conflict of interests by inferring that one cause is more important then another. Let's examine the monetary implications behind some issues. ILLUSIVE - THE QUALITY OF APPEARING TO BE SLIPPERY OR DECEPTIVE.War, immigration, health care & the environment are huge monetary issues that concern us all. The purpose here is not to take a side on these issues, but rather to examine the financial ramifications behind each of these matters. For each case we will scrutinize the price, the cost and the profit involved with that issue. Rather then fight over the facts let's follow the finances. Before we delve deeply into these topics there is one more concept (principle) we must keep in mind. This is the "LAW OF CONSERVATION." The law of conservation in our simplest definition states that although the form and distribution of a thing may change the total amount of substance of that thing remains the same. This law is generally applied to physics and chemistry, but since we are endeavoring to follow the money trail we can apply it to economics! Matter, energy and wealth each have two common characteristics. The law of conservation and the law of equilibrium ALWAYS apply to each of these. Another way to describe both of these laws is through the concept of balance. Abundance and lack are complementary opposites in balance. As we pick all of the fruit off of a tree we create a scarcity of fruit on the limbs while simultaneously accumulating an surplus inside the baskets. Abundance and lack work hand in hand, one cannot exist without the other. This is one of the main reasons in finance for having a budget! This universal law applies to mass, energy and wealth. When wealth is changed from one hand or form to another, the value of any transferred form of wealth equals value of the received form of wealth. This infers that wealth can neither be created nor be destroyed but can be changed from one form to the other. The principle of a Double Entry Method in Bookkeeping rests on this Law. We cannot create a debit/credit without corresponding credit/debit in balance. All assets and liabilities on a balance sheet must match. All classical economic theories and laws are based on this law. The law of "Equilibrium" and Law of "Conservation" are inseparable. One is the cause and the other is the effect. Although these definitions are simplistic; for our purposes they give us a foundation to build upon and a map for "following the money." THE MAIN MOTIVE FOR MANIPULATING MONEY IS PRIVATE PROFIT! We see its effects in war, immigration, health care and the environment! DUPLICITOUS - DELIBERATE DECEPTION revealed through BLATANT behavior.WAR $$$ WAR $$$ WAR $$$ WAR $$$ WAR $$$ WAR $$$ WAR $$$ war $$$ WAR $$$ WAR $$$ WAR $$$ wThe price, the cost and the profit of WAR is not hard to calculate. The price is high (measured in millions), the cost is in lives (death on all sides), and the profit goes to those who make weapons of destruction or machines for construction. War is big business! To the victor goes the spoils, the debts, and the bill owed to the banks who helped by providing the finances. The cash cow of war has been the motive behind many of our conflicts throughout the world. The number of weapons possessed or pointed at a country along with the threat of war has intense leverage over every decision they make. Quid pro quo means nothing if its in consideration of, or collateral for safety and security. Wars are never fought over principles as we think; wars are fought over profit. There has to be a deal! Whether it's over natural resources, geographical location or economic concerns war is always a business decision. Somebody or some organization always prospers and makes a HUGE profit when a war is fought. The object of war is not to destroy land or territory it is to capture it. It is impossible to truly capture a country without controlling or destroying its economy. The economy is the fodder and the people are its pawns. The citizenry is the victim of war while the power brokers divide the spoils at their expense. War and finance work hand in hand. In fact our Revolutionary war was in part caused by the unfair taxes imposed upon the colonist, needed by the English to pay that country's war debts. If we carefully examine the circumstances, we will conclude that most wars are waged over profit and power rather then purpose or principle. THE PRICE, THE COST AND THE PROFIT IS MEASURED IN BLOOD! MISLEADING - TO purposely give the wrong idea or impression.immigration $$$ IMMIGRATION $$$ IMMIGRATION $$$ IMMIGRATION $$$ IMMIGRATION $$$ IMMIGRATIThe price, the cost and the profit from illegal IMMIGRATION is cleverly disguised by the crisis it causes. Labeling "them" as undocumented workers strikes fear in the minds of the unskilled. Many of our low pay unwanted jobs are performed by immigrants. We must ask the question. Why are so many of some of the poorest people on the planet willing to give up what little they have, part with all of their worldly possessions and pay their last pennies to risk a potentially perilous journey? Are those Immigrants actually that dumb or that desperate? So what's the explanation? Is this the face of immigration In a strong and sovereign nation fighting mules of transportation selling out our destination? If the cause had been starvation that's a different conversation we'd have fewer reservations about such mass incorporation. So even with no invitation they come without reservation with the threat of repatriation or to face incarceration. So what's the explanation? Where does the incentive to migrate come from? When people have nothing does it also means they have nothing to lose? Somebody somehow somewhere has to be making a profit. Where's the money? What most american's fail to understand is that the profits from illegal immigration rival that of the drug trade. The immigration crisis is being perpetuated more by propaganda then poverty, crime or political persecution. The illegal immigration "racket"has become the most low risk high profit criminal enterprise anyone can participate in. Let's see how it works. It is easy to make a profit using our immigration laws. Surrendering by law does not allow the turning away of migrants. It appears that making it to the border - Whether leaking in or sneaking in just getting in is the means to an end. These crime rings work recognizance by rumor to a captive audience of ignorant patrons who easily see high returns on a low risk investment. The business plan is simple all that is required are migrants (riders) and transportation (mules). Our political parties the donkey and the elephant are being played by the mule as jack asses. As the mule, what's the worse that can happen? The mules are paid in advance. There are no drugs to seize and no profits to lose. The rumor of a better life sells an illusive dream. The victims (migrants) embrace the biblical idea of Moses (the mules) leading them through the wilderness (South America) to Canaan (The United States) a land flowing with milk an honey. This should be easily seen as a "money / policy problem" not an "immigration problem!" On the face it appears as if it is a "immigration problem" but at its core it is an exploitation of our laws to make a "profit problem." Let's see who makes money. The mules were paid up front. Any other profits to be made will come as a by-product of costs affiliated with measures the government takes addressing this dilemma. Housing and jail space will be necessary. Food and health care must be provided. The providers of these goods and services can make a pretty profit off of a government problem that becomes a project. As we continue to fight among ourselves and blame these migrants for everything from drug smuggling to job stealing during our lowest unemployment rate in fifty years, lets face the facts. The onus is on the policies that create the opportunities for money makers to take advantage of this crisis. It is time to realize that our government, legislatures, courts and policy makers have the ability to create financial opportunities for their allies from any political issue. Once again the root of the problem stems from the perversion of our laws and policies. Our political viewpoints represent the version we buy into. The bottom line is that the monies from politics are always tied into the partitioning of profits. SPECIOUS - PLAUSIBLE IN APPEARANCE BUT NOT PRACTICAL IN APPLICATION.HEALTH CARE $$$ HEALTH CARE $$$ HEALTH CARE $$$ HEALTH CARE $$$ HEALTH CARE $$$ HEALTH CAREThe price, the cost and the profits from HEALTH CARE are directly related with hospitals, nursing homes, dentist, ambulatory services, laboratories, outpatient and home health maintenance. This also directly impact the enormous drug and pharmaceutical industry. The huge profit margins associated with both controlled and uncontrolled substances are only rivaled by the way banks create money through the practice of fractional lending. The health care industry is now the largest employer in the United States. In addition to death and taxes - in life, sickness and pain is just about guaranteed. No business other then a funeral parlor has such a guarantee of customers. The threat of death provides a steady supply stream for the health care industry. Everybody needs health care at some time or another in life. No one is against everyone having access to health care. What most people have objection to is how it infringes upon the cost of their personal coverage. The industry has already divvied up the profits and as such each of those players wants to keep their piece of the pie. We have our own version of universal health care that is costing us. The Hippocratic oath and the EMTALA of 1986 seemingly guarantees emergency treatment at a bare minimum. The problem is who pays for it and even more important, who benefits from it (both the profits and the services). The collaboration between our government and the health care system distributes billions in money and benefits annually. What institution can we trust to manage such an enormous amount of monetary resources without being corrupted by it. We know from experience that no industry can properly police itself. Foxes are poor guards for hen houses just as a cat is for a canary! Profit always seems to find a way of overriding principle. Our Health Care industry is facing its demise while simultaneously growing into the most highly profitable money making business in history. We are becoming an increasingly connected planet. Health is as universal as sickness. We will pay the price one way or another by not insuring the health of the planet and all the people on it. To better appreciate the problems with our health care system we need to know some of it's history. Health care, namely health plans originated in the 19th century and were provided exclusively by employers. This budding enterprise was good for the health care businesses. After the great depression many people could not afford professional medical care. When the cost of health care was not affordable everybody suffered. Starting with Baylor University and then followed by other doctors and hospitals, the insurance industry took form. They developed an insurance product that could be scaled and deployed in a manner that distributed multiple benefits in a cost effective and profitable manner. This was the advent of Blue Cross and Blue Shield, one of the first successful community based insurance plans subsidized by state governments. Once it was discovered that a profit could be made in health care through insurance the "real" commercial insurance industry got involved! Once health care had been divided up and repackaged like any other commodity it became more of a product then a person. Terms like "preexisting conditions" were introduced as medical coding and billing created a language of its own. Whenever a person is seeking medical attention their current condition precedes the care they need to deal with it. Which "preexisting conditions" should be regarded exempt from insuring? he pie has bee divided now and each player is protecting his share. The problem we face right now is how to redivide the pie. Even "The Affordable Care Act," an attempt to deal with this dilemma has been vilified. Although it was not a perfect solution in substance, at least in name it carries the correct concept. The most critical factor is not whether we repeal, replace or fix "Obamacare; "the most important thing is to carry out its mission. To get the services to the people needing it most at the bottom we will have to reduce the profits and redefine the rules governing the money being controlled and manipulated from the top. TRICKY - A CRAFTY WAY TO DEAL WITH AWKWARD DIFFICULTIES.ENVIRONMENT $$$ ENVIRONMENT $$$ ENVIRONMENT $$$ ENVIRONMENT $$$ ENVIRONMENT $$$ ENVIRThe price, the cost and the profit affiliated with ENVIRONMENTAL issues is overwhelming. Global warming is just one of the multiple issues we must address that affect everything in our bubble called the environment. "In God we trust all other must bring evidence." Consensus should never outweigh evidence. A populist belief does not necessarily make it true. Environmental issues include but are not limited to climate change, ocean acidification, global warming, agricultural /farming practices, fishing, water air and soil pollution. Whenever we build a city it is important to know that it will only support 20% of the wildlife that lived there previously. As humans, insects, birds and other animals cohabitant, it is more and more important to plan for it. We shouldn't marvel when scientist talk about greenhouse gas effects, after all we live inside of a bubble! We must acknowledge that just as our financial systems is deficit based such is the nature of how we respond to natural emergencies. Regardless of the cause, our response to environmental issues have traditionally been remedial rather then preventative. This goes along with normal human behavior. "If it ain't broke don't fix it" is one of today's mantra. It is used so often that many people take it to be true. When it comes to our bodies we get check ups. When it comes to our cars we get tune ups. When it comes to our houses we do fix ups. When it come to the planet we tend to screw up! We have been ignoring the 800 pound gorilla in the room and are now forced to address it. But who is going to pay for it? Nature and weather is proving to be the foretold yet unpredictable wild card forcing us all to work cooperatively. By failing to address environmental issues in the past the opportunity to take preventative actions has passed us by. There can be no sustainable impact from last minute measures. The consequence of societies delays have eliminated many of the remedial actions that might have solved the problems. We must now concentrate on mitigating damages. This is an issue for all of civilization not individual countries. The environment impacts everything in life from insects and rodent populations to agriculture, farming, fishing, ranching practices and human behavior. There are so many instances of environmental blunders that many of us are simply unaware of. No one seems to care about the problems caused by the lionfish which has invaded the Atlantic ocean and is ravaging the southeastern coast of the United States. The battle isn't actually against climate change the battle is against the behaviors, habits and factors that cause it. WE MUST UNDERSTAND THAT IT IS THE MUTUAL COEXISTENCE OF ALL OF NATURE THAT MAKES OUR CLIMATE. WEATHER IS WHAT WE GET AS A RESULT! It's just like water. We drink it. We also use it in irrigation, sewage and plumbing. Water is what we have but if we add excessive heat or cold - steam or ice is what we get as a result. We prosper from using the resources of our environment in every aspect of life. We dig it up, develop it and distribute it at a profit. Which businesses or organizations are willing to commit to reducing their bottom line? How much money should each business be willing to contribute to solving a problem they helped to create? How many of us are individually willing to take personal responsibility for our purchases that support these businesses. What amount of cash or conveniences does each of us need to sacrifice to collectively address a globally common problem. What price are we willing to pay? What will it cost us? And most importantly, who's profits from our sacrifice and gets paid for handling the money? Once again, it's all about the (Benjamin's) money. The truth of the matter is that our most significant vote comes through our wallets. In reality we have three votes. We vote at the polls, we vote with our money and we vote with our mouths. The slowly unfolding title-wave of interconnected consequences has gradually led to the rapid manifestations of fires, floods, freezes, winds, rains and other extreme weather conditions. Until we balance our behaviors with our priorities, the environment within the bubble will suffer. This includes, but is not limited to our social, political, religious, economic, agricultural, business and moral standards. Let's not fool ourselves the science, laws and principles that govern our existence are all part of our environment. The climate change/global warming crisis goes far beyond it's natural manifestations. It is the evidence of a bankrupt spiritual consciousness compromised by the love of money - the root of all evil. The more respect we give to nature, the environment and one another in the present future, the greater the stability we will provide for all the inhabitants of the planet. It is not worth the price we have to pay, the cost we have to face, the money we'll have to spend and the profit and lives lost to fail to address this issue. DECEIVE - To cause a belief in something not true to gain advantage. We've examined and exposed financial greed and how easy it is to siphon off money. Although we may not directly handle the money we can follow it. This is how we make our vote count! We know that the propaganda surrounding the money serves as a distraction. We've discovered that our laws and policies can be exploited for money. We have to look beyond what appears to be and see it for what it really is. When things are apparent, reading in between the lines is unnecessary. We cannot continue to allow secret deals into our politics. We must always demand transparency and accountability. The movement of resources and capital is as important as clean air and water. All of these things factor into our environment not just the weather! The state of our physical environment (climate), seems to be running par with the state of our physiological environment (humanity) and depicts our spiritual environment (morality). Our focus is on now and the "now" future. There is no longer a "near" future. We must acknowledge that the environment of the world has changed. Although we maintain religious, geographical, physical and cultural barriers, the walls of social separation have crumbled. The more society advances the more we are forced to live together and work with one another. it is inevitable; a world once separated by oceans is joined together by technology. We can get along with one another or continue destroying one another. What kind of a totally connected planet do you wish to live on? There is no right time not to speak up and speak out against the destructive effects of greed.
TEXT IN GREEN ARE LINKS - CLICK ON THEMUNWISE WORDS TAINT THOUGHT, RUFFLE FEATHERS AND ALTERS ATTITUDES..."Attitudes" are just like fire, they spread and randomly can consume our thoughts & consciousness. They work as a collective essence of our unleashed feelings based on subjective fairness. They confirm the notion that we have the right to personally attach our feelings to thought. This is the proud posture of attitude. "Thought" is dynamic. It is capable of taking on just about any form. "Thought force or spirit," though invisible, can have very powerful visible and tangible expressions. Thought has a spiritual side and should always be respected as a precursor to action. (In "spirit," to think a thing is to do a thing.) Thoughts, like magnets, attract and attach to words, speech and action. "Words" communicate our thoughts by the feeling expressed through our attitudes. Our "Consciousness" is where multiple streams of incomplete and unattached thoughts abide. Even our own perceptions can contaminate our consciousness. This is why it is important to carefully guard our minds. Thought is not simply a bunch of words assembled together. Thoughts are words expressed from our consciousness. Words connect us to one another. All of life communicates. It is only humans that have advanced and developed speech and words into a written and spoken language. Our existence is highly influenced by a method of communication called speech. "Speech" is our sophisticated way of sharing thought. Once formed and shared, thought has its own energy. Thought by its very nature is highly contagious. As thought originates it takes on form, then divides and multiplies like the cells in our bodies. There are two processes called mitosis and meiosis that describe this phenomena. Life is composed of cells, it is our basic unit of structure and function. All cells come from preexisting cells just as all thought originates from preexisting thought. We all start out in life as a fertilized egg or one zygote that quickly multiplies into around ten trillion cells by the time we reach adulthood. The principle of dividing to multiply also applies to thought consciousness. This phenomenon is contagious! We'll take a "culture" and investigate the climate of some statements surrounding the subject of CLIMATE CHANGE! .......WE HAVE ALWAYS BEEN ONE ANOTHER'S THOUGHT POLICE......In "molecular biology," research is conducted on microorganisms by taking a culture (sample) of an agent and observing it under predetermined fixed conditions. A throat culture taken by scraping the lining of tissue in the back of the throat can be blotted and that sample screened for harmful microorganisms. Taking a culture of "thought consciousness" allows us to screen for agents that can develop into harmful public expressions. The bottom line is good or bad the language of our conversations affect consciousness. Its like conducting our own "Minority Report." We can examine "thought consciousness" cultures by sampling them for meanings and implications. There are strict scientific practices and principles that must be followed to ensure accurate results. The easiest cultures to study are those which are pure, isolated and selectively grown. This involves a close examination of the existing climate. A "climate" is defined as a region with particular prevailing weather conditions. This definition of climate can be further expanded beyond the physical atmosphere to the social, psychic, and spiritual - patterns, moods and conditions that affect prevailing trends and public opinion. "Climates" are multidimensional and exist in all facets of our existence whether we acknowledge them or not. In summary, any way you look at it - climate is what we affect and weather is what we get. With that understanding we are now prepared to culture any climate by examining its physical and psychological properties. ......................................HOW TO TAKE A CULTURE............................Let's culture and scrutinize the "climate" of some recent statements of "thought consciousness." These are "homegrown" thoughts being spread by our science moguls and politicians. We can dissect and inspect these expressions directly related to "global warming" and/or "climate change." We will be "culturing" the sayings of these world leaders by examining each quote independently. Those who desire to know specifically who said what, can research it for themselves. We are not promoting any point of view! The objective of this culturing is to learn how to screen for harmful microorganisms. Here are five direct quotes. (1)"Climate change is a hoax." (2)"Climate change is no longer some far-off problem; it is happening here, it is happening now." (3)"Even if the concentration of ‘greenhouse gases' double man would not perceive the temperature impact." (4)"The violence that exists in the human heart is also manifest in the symptoms of illness that we see in the earth, the water, the air and in living things." (5)"Anyone who claims that the debate is over and the conclusions are firm has a fundamentally unscientific approach to one of the most momentous issues of our time." The idea here is to focus on and "culture" the climate of each quote not the character behind it. It is only fair to consider the psychological (mood or feeling) aspects of climate as well as the scientific (regional or environmental) aspects of climate side by side. Let's examine and culture each quote in those regards. Culturing the first statement that "Climate change is a hoax" is a no brainer. The very definition of climate change makes it exist. We all know that our "climates" change seasonally! The real question is not does our climate change. The correct question has to be what is our contribution to it and its effects! Climate change is real! This statement has probably been taken out of context. Culturing of this first quote exposes the potentially harmful pathogens of misinterpreting a misleading comment. Culturing the second statement is just as easy. In light of the fact that we've already established the existence of climate change we only need to apply what's already been established. The statement implies that climate change exists as a "problem." Although we established its existence we did not establish it as "a problem." Culturing of the second quote reveals that there are also potentially harmful pathogens of unsubstantiated implications. Climate change is and has always been occurring. Culturing the third statement is possible without scientific expertise. By using "layman's logic" we can consider the effects of doubling. The idea that twice as much of anything has a perceivable net effect of nothing on everything is a hard pill to swallow & defies logic. Culturing of the third quote exposes potentially harmful pathogens of incorrect information. We all live in one gigantic bubble, our activities are interrelated and everything in the container is affected. Culturing the fourth statement is different. The statement, as an analogy is subjectively comparative and conclusive. Culturing of the fourth quote implies that characteristics of the human heart have an effect on nature. Implications are potentially harmful pathogens. They are not facts and are open to our biases and interpretation. Feelings no matter how strong can lead us wrong. Culturing the fifth statement which contains the most straightforward pronouncement of all is easy. There is no claim of absolute authority or final conclusion. Its declaration rings true, global warming appears to be the most momentous issue of our time. Culturing of the fifth statement reveals no harmful pathogens and is found to be true. The debate rages on. The fact is that information concerning global warming is ongoing and new data is continually coming in. ......................APPLYING THE SCIENTIFIC METHOD.........................Evaluating climates and taking cultures are age old tools of science. This environment we call earth goes beyond the visible, tangible things we value so highly, it extends into our sense of environmental climate. Today we are finally aware of our influence and effect on just about every aspect of life. So much of our total environment is now under our direct control. Global warming and Climate change is nothing new, it is natural, and normally called the four seasons. Today's controversy is over mankind's effect on those seasons and how to address these impacts. The monetary concerns and financial costs are the driving force behind how we address these issues. The environment includes everything from mind benders and mountain mining to species migrations. Much of today's alarm over the environment originated from older historic institutions traditionally involved in ecological issues. Today they have grown from their grass roots origins to a global movement. However, emotions and sentiment are no substitute for the scientific method. Science is advancing by leaps and bounds. We see this evidence most profoundly in our WEATHER FORECAST. To properly deal with global warming scientifically we must address it as a case not a cause. A case is composed of facts and confirmed by proven data. A cause only requires strong feelings and a following. .........................TAKING RESPONSIBLE ACTIONS ............................Labeling extremes of weather as the "new normal" appear as exaggerations that may be shortsighted. Actions like these tend to paint normal occurrences into calamities. Although such actions may increase awareness and are optional; in hind sight they may prove not to be optimal. Isn't it better to be cautionary before acting. No one likes living under an umbrella of calamity. In Aesop's fable the boy who cried wolf actually got "trapped in his own trick." Alarming rhetoric heightens tension, activates short lived adrenaline and may be counterproductive in the long run. It is unwise to exaggerate a point just to promote a cause! An exaggeration is simply a cleverly disguised lie! It appears that our differences have us "trapped in our own tricks." We need to sound the proper alarm and take the appropriate actions at the best time. Isn't that time now? Are we to late? Has this crisis passed? Is there an imminent threat? How should we respond and what can we do? Our shared bubble, climate and environment includes us all. Inclusiveness is not just a topic or a trend, it is a necessity for our joint prosperity. Prosperity does not trickle down. Prosperity and calamity spreads as quickly as a cold shares its infection. Now more then ever before in the history of our planet, we have the ability to determine our destiny. Our destiny of prosperity or calamity will be determined by our integrity and honesty about the fragility of our living facility. Our environment is a part of our present, past and future. We are painfully aware that today's inaction is yesterday's dead past that presents tomorrow's death to a dying future.
