see the problem form a prognosis: devise a plan to practice & promote prosperity.
Are feelings entirely real, or are they learned from experiences over time? We should encourage one another to exercise our best qualities while we simultaneously work on our worse ones. The ability to grow beyond our shortcomings emanates from the strengths we already possess. Losing sight of this can cause discouragement and create depression. Whatever we do in any moment describes what we are momentarily, but does not completely define who we are in totality. We must consider the power of encouragement toward ourselves as well as to others. Deciding how we feel will certainly influence what we feel...

Solving any problem begins by identifying it, acknowledging it and then dealing with it. Putting problems into proper perspective requires exercising control over our thoughts and our words. What we think is greatly influenced by how we learned to perceive the things we see and hear. This is what we call perspective. Paying attention to our environment is paramount. The forces, people and energies within them can affect our minds. The mind takes on nourishment just as the body does. Fast foods may produce instant gratification but generally don't provide the proper nutrition for sustained growth. The skill of processing thought develops with bias but improves through exercising contemplation. We can choose to ignore and/or look away when our minds are unable to perceive and process what our sensory faculties reveal. But blinded intellectual faculties halt progress! Sometimes clear vision can only come when we create the conditions that foster i-n-s-i-g-h-t. "But if our gospel be hid, it is hid to them that are lost: In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them."
