SOME MIGHT ASK, WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF THIS BLOG? "tHE MAGNETIC MODEL" IS A PATTERN, A WAY OR A MODEL FOR ORGANIZING AND LIVING OUR LIVES TO THE FULLEST. IT IS A SPIRITUALLY DERIVED PERSPECTIVE AND PRACTICE APPLICABLE TO EVERY WALK OF LIFE. IT CONTAINS BIBLICAL, PSYCHOLOGICAL AND PHYSICAL CONCEPTS CONSTANTLY BEING REALIZED AND DISCOVERED. WE EXAMINE EVERYTHING FROM A PRACTICAL AND FACTUALLY BASED SPIRITUAL POINT OF VIEW. We don't believe in spirituality because it can be visibly seen. We look at things spiritually because through THAT LENS EVERYTHING else is seen more clearly. Rather then envisioning ourselves as givers of truth, we prefer to be seen as pointers towards truth. Nothing here is written in stone. We take no credit for the source, only the synthesis. OUR GOAL IS TO POINT OTHERS TOWARDS THEIR VERY OWN EPIPHANY. THE perspectives WE DERIVE FROM DISCOVERED PRINCIPLES WILL ALWAYS BE applicable, but THE conclusions SHOULD not BE considered AS all encompassing or complete. WE OFFER ADVICE BASED ON WHAT WE WOULD DO OURSELVES WITH THESE PERSPECTIVES AND SPIRITUAL PRINCIPLES. WE KNOW THAT "THE SPIRITUAL AUTHORITY OF OUR ADVICE" COMES WITH THE CAVEAT THAT THOSE WHO GIVE IT, MUST ALSO LIVE IT.
MOST TEXT WRITTEN IN DARK GREEN LETTERING ARE LINKSThere's are certain guarantees in life. One of them is that we will have problems. Problems require us to make decisions. How we make the decisions that deal with our problems will occur within or outside of an echo chamber. This phenomena also known as "confirmation bias" has evidently affected our entire world. Today's leaders are having trouble agreeing to disagree. Let's look at the facts. A pandemic is defined as an outbreak of a prevalent disease over a large defined area or region. The area or region affected today is our planet. Presently we have one common disease causing one common problem, with known common means of transmission across one common species that we all agree has one common diagnosis. Our self destructive policies create imbalances that corrupt our ecosystems and destroy our environment. We have encouraged our readers to "prepare their minds for a formidable future." Tomorrows problems will not be resolved with yesterday's thinking and behaviors. The cat is out of the bag, the bull is in the china shop and we are all responsible for "letting the dogs out" of "Pandora's Box." Although we published "the exclusive manual on "the only ways to skin a cat;" it appears that our advise went unheeded. We have reached another "prediction point" in our posts that we now see coming to pass. Our "real weather predictions: foresight, hindsight and insight," was a forecast of the prevailing conditions we are experiencing now. Living on a prayer is not an ideal way to live but it keeps us alive. "BREAKING UP" WITH OTHERS IS HARD "BREAKING UP" WITH OURSELVES IS HARDEROur greatest struggles in life will always be with ourselves! After all everyone in their right mind loves themselves. There's generally not to much conflict within us when it come to us. Looking out for number one is easy because we are our greatest lovers. Getting past our own internal biases may require a difficult breakup with the spirits (behaviors) causing us to act the ways we do. Yes, personal choice should end right where public health begins. Self love disguised as Individual rights is a tough "lover" to leave. There are at least 50 ways to get rid of or leave any of the "familiar spirits" we've embraced as "lovers." Sometimes we simply need to think and behave in a Taoist tradition by UNLEARNING something new every day. The idea may sound simple but the execution is not that easy. Anyone questioning masks and vaccines should understand that masks serve as a barrier similar to the laws that protect us from second hand cigarette smoke. Vaccines are like seat belts in cars. Seat belts may not keep us from getting in a car accident but in the event of a crash we have a much higher probability of surviving. Remember, our minds are like parachutes, they work best when they're open. THE ROAD TO PERDITION IS FILLED WITH TRADITIONS AND ARGUMENTS AGAINST CHANGEIt should be obvious to everyone by now that between our declining climate, divisive politics, exploitative economics, inadequate healthcare, racism, street violence and wars there's a lot to be concerned about. We've denied the existence of global warming and chosen sides on everything from the depiction of history to the policies for the future. We've created the greatest wealth gap in history, and throw food away in many places while people starve in other places. This pandemic has exposed how fragile both our physical and mental health are. Our history of racism, which has never been properly addressed has helped to perpetuate the hatred we are expressing towards one another. We are reinforcing one another's lies to the level where we are losing the ability to recognize our own deceptive words and practices. Spiraling down this rabbit hole means that we'll be playing "Whack-a-mole" for some time to come. We've already written and posted what we expect to happen and the power we possess to influence it." 1 To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven: 2 A time to be born, and a time to die; a time to plant, and a time to pluck up that which is planted; 3 A time to kill, and a time to heal; a time to break down, and a time to build up; 4 A time to weep, and a time to laugh; a time to mourn, and a time to dance; 5 A time to cast away stones, and a time to gather stones together; a time to embrace, and a time to refrain from embracing; 6 A time to get, and a time to lose; a time to keep, and a time to cast away; 7 A time to rend, and a time to sew; a time to keep silence, and a time to speak; 8 A time to love, and a time to hate; a time of war, and a time of peace. Ecclesiastes 3:1-8 kjv MAYBE ITS TIME TO LEAVE OUR OLD LOVERS FOR A NEW BIRTH AND AN AWAKENING OF LOVE & HEALING.

"Beloved, think it not strange concerning the fiery trial which is to try you, as though some strange thing happened unto you:" THIS IS A QUOTE FROM THE BIBLE. WHEN PATIENCE IS DIMINISHED IN VIRTUE, the "spirit of anger" GROWS IN STRENGTH. HOW ONE AFFECTS THE OTHER WILL BECOME OBVIOUS AFTER READING THIS POST. THERE IS A SPIRITUAL BALANCE IN THE UNIVERSE CREATED AND MANAGED BY ALL OF THE FORCES OF LIFE. THESE FORCES ARE SCIENTIFICALLY ALIGNED AND BALANCED BY OUR THINKING AND BEHAVIORS. there is both rhyme and reason to what we are experiencing. patience is under assault WHICH MEANS ANGER & VIOLENCE IS ON THE RISE. BALANCE IS HOW LIFE ALIGNS. EQUILIBRIUM ON THE SCALE OF LIFE IS ESTABLISHED THROUGH WHAT WE ADD RATHER THEN WHAT WE REMOVE. EVOLUTION IS MORE ABOUT STARTING SOMETHING NEW RATHER THEN ENDING SOMETHING OLD. PROGRESS IS MEASURED FROM ITS DESTINATION. EMOTIONS ARE MANAGED AND MANIPULATED WITHIN THE "REALM OF SPIRIT." ANGER IS THE "PANDORA'S BOX" OF HUMAN EXPRESSION. PATIENCE IS A SPIRITUAL EXPRESSION OF LOVE. WRATH NEEDS A REASON TO CIRCUMVENT LOVE.
CHOOSE PATIENCE OR BE A PATIENT...PATIENT - ONE WHO SUFFERSPATIENCE IS A WORK OF LABOR BUT THE PAY RATE MATCHES ITS VIRTUEPeaceful living is impossible without patience. In life we generally find ourselves in the midst of turmoil without being mentally prepared to patiently deal with it. Patience does not always mean "taking our time," but rather taking "the time" out to prioritize energy and effort. Understanding takes time. Execution takes energy. Efficient effort takes insight. There is no such thing as being "short on" or "running out of" patience. Like muscles, everyone has patience but without exercise, it does not develop. Anyone earnestly seeking to develop true patience will have to perform an in depth self evaluation that examines their experience with anger and its root causes. Anger puts patience on pause. Patience is a virtue. Anger is often used as a vice. Anxiety, despair, disappointment, errors, frustration and all kinds of stress call anger when they want backup. The development of patience will expose us to what causes our anger. We can either pacify our ego by authorizing ourselves to get angry or we can discipline our spirit by expressing anger appropriately. We will continue to lose control of our emotions through anger if we are not willing to relinquish the type of THINKING that permits us to rage against exercising patience. Once we give our spirit the right to get or be angry it will habitually do so. Anger is not the opposite of patience but it is patience's antagonist. We might consider anger as the "yang" to the "yin" of patience. Although they are not in cooperation they often piggy bank from one to another unexpectedly. NEW BEGINNINGS TURN over A NEW LEAfs AND wipe OLD SLATES CLEANMany of us seek revenge rather then justice. The "spirits of blame and guilt" are generally accompanied by the desire to punish. Some of us not only get angry but also get mean. Being angry and feeling angry are in fact two different things. We can be angry without sinning against ourselves or others. "Be angry and sin not, let not the sun go down upon your wrath." Our justified anger will give us the right to condemn others, but not the authority. Justice is deliberate, patient and thorough in its rumination. The "spirit of anger often presents itself as apathetic, cruel and unforgiving. We can be mad or upset for many reasons but anger always expresses itself towards an object. Many people holdng anger in perpetuity, are not aware of it and don't know why. Some of us are even angry with God as if God is the cause of our problems. As free moral agents, God has given us control over our own destiny. Blame God, blame the devil but in the end we must blame ourselves. "Imperfect perfectionists" must find faults in others to maintain their illusions. Not exercising patience towards imperfection demonstrates characteristic that are the exact opposite of a merciful and loving God of grace. Anger is normal and is needed at times, but anger should never be our first line of defense. Anger has its good uses. The idea is not to get rid of anger but to manage it. Anger has attitude, expressions, feelings and looks. Sometimes we need anger to overcome our own selfish emotional attachments to our children and loved ones. Whenever we "enable" behaviors, we also "prevent" growth. Impatience is selfish. By avoiding or mitigating the lessons of life we rob our loved one's of learning the discipline that only comes through patience and suffering. No one in their right mind wants to see their loved ones suffer. But anyone familiar with the Bible or the ways of life knows that "tribulation and the trying of faith worketh patience." When we let patience have its way we will discover that we cannot discipline a disease, argue with an illness or punish a sickness. Patience eventually will introduce us to its brother named discernment. Together they provide access to relatives like insight and understanding. PATIENCE IS NOT A VIRTUE! eXERCISING IT IS...Why is it important to exercise patience and control anger? Think about it; most violence is rooted in anger. Not only violence but the rhetoric of violence promotes the invisible hostility of indignation. Maybe that's why the criminal justice system often gives sentences that also mandate attending anger management classes. Anger's destructive effect is easy to recognize. Anger only requires something to seem unfair to justify its expression. During that moment, if we are capable of true introspection, we actually feel that anger can somehow "even the score" or change the situation. Therefore the anger "seems" to have value beyond how it makes us feel. There can be some value to anger if it is expressed in time to prevent or negate the offense, but MOST of the time we get angry and remain angry after the fact. By reacting to a situation in an angry manner rather than a patient one, we inadvertently create negative energy that can further exacerbate the situation. Resentment arises when we try to fight a fight for others that they seemingly aren't fighting for themselves. Anger is sure to follow; they are first cousins. We can lower our expectations without lowering our standards by seeing life though the lenses of addiction and disability that calls for rehabilitation. Enduring throughout the days, weeks, months or years of turmoil guarantees patience, and results that only patience can deliver. Our failure to exercise patience can be a death sentence in the long run. Not only does anger create tension but it also raises our blood pressure. We can only control our own destiny while we try to influence the destiny of others. No matter how we look at it, anger should never rule its a dangerous tool, don't be fooled! PATIENCE: a virtuous quality characterized by calm endurance when dealing with difficult circumstances; PERSEVERANCE when facing provocation or delay; not reacting negatively to annoyance or anger; FORBEARANCE when under stress, particularly that which is long-term; steadfastness when faced with difficulties; bearing misfortune or pain without loss of temper. We live in highly scientific and technical world. As a result we are continually being bombarded with numerous emerging technologies. Unfortunately our oldest and most powerful technology is still being underutilized. There is a scientific and technical side to faith as well as a spiritual side to science. Although most people separate the two they are intricately intertwined together. The "power of mind" connects us to God, the universe and one another. The application of science describes the energy or force behind that connection. Faith is not only a technique but also a technology that ALWAYS works, because faith is. When we apply or exercise a faith that does not work, it means that we are not utilizing real faith. We do not need faith to work (it always does) we need to work faith! The "way" faith works has never changed.
FAITH CAN ALWAYS WORK AS NEEDED BUT NOT ALWAYS AS WANTEDAt our best we all are imperfect perfectionist. Faith is not solely a religious attribute. Faith is a part of life in general. It is only by and through faith that we can understand our own existence. No one has proof of their own origin. We are all victims of the biased and flawed depictions of history passed down to us. Personal perspectives of truth do not empower the working of faith. Faith is ready, willing and waiting for the opportunity to work. Faith works within its own laws. The forces of faith works across geographical boundaries, the energy of faith spans both space and time, and the "science of faith" describes how what we mystify was never meant to be mysterious. Faith is a lifestyle. Faith has to be believed, practiced and spoken in our daily lives. Neither hope nor prayer are a substitute for faith. Coupling prayer with faith helps us to hold on to it when we find it. We often use hope to discover where faith abides. Faith is a principle. As a rule faith "is." Breaking that rule of faith removes us from the realm of faith. Faith's substance is demonstrated through its sensory qualities. WE CANNOT DEFINE FAITH BUT WE CAN DEFINE OURSELVES THROUGH OUR FAITHFaith is a noun a verb an adverb and an adjective? We are told to have faith, find faith keep the faith and be faithful. Faith is constructed with words but its invisible substance becomes actionable and tangible when exercised. Faith operates as both a defense and a response. Our faith defends our sanity. When life's tragedies overpower any logical explanation our faith supersedes overwhelming despair. Faith comes in multiple styles, sizes and dimensions. Everyone has a measure of faith, but different demonstrations of faith fit differently. Usually we first try faith on for size as children willing to trust and believe in whatever our parents say. As we mature and discover that we cannot physically fly but we can spiritually soar. Faith is radical. We can apply faith to destinations difficult to reach and goals beyond our means. Faith is a simple technology with unlimited potential. Faith works best when it is applied first. Faith looks at and see's things differently. Faith tends to see things in an ideal state of how they could be rather then the way they are. Anytime we embrace what is not "yet," as if it is "so," we tap into faith. Try using and responding with faith during the very next situation, incident or crisis faced. Start by exercising faith in faithful universal occurrences and principles. Expecting the sun to rise and shine, relief from pain, healing, inner peace or emotional tranquility are legitimate prospective outlooks we can presumptuously anticipate through faith. Faith grows and becomes stronger just as muscles do. The more often we exercise faith in all of our multiple endeavors, the more it autonomously operates in every area of our lives.
WE ALL LIVE IN A world of communication. IT IS FILLED WITH bELLOWING, BUZZING, cHIRPING, GRUNTING, HOWLING, ROARING, SNORTING AND TWEETING. THESE ARE JUST SOME OF THE WAYS CREATURES INTERACT. LANGUAGE IS THE ONLY "TOOL" AMONG THE MULTIPLE SYSTEMS OF COMMUNICATION UNIQUE TO man. conversATION IS THE CONDUIT FOR LAnguage. THE MAIN PURPOSE OF CONVERSATION IS TO ACCURATELY CONVEY A THOUGHT OR A POSITION. ANY LACK OF cONCISE CONVEYANCE AND PRECISION IN LANGUAGE BELIES ACCURATE EXCHANGE. GOOD COMMUNICATION REQUIREs MORE THAN JUST casual EFFORT. WE NEED TO BE CAUTIOUS WITH THE "NATTER" OF informal CHAT.
THE BUTCHERING OF LANGUAGE HAS NOW BECOME A PRACTICED SKILL SET FOR COMMENTATORS AND POLITICIANS, WHILE SOMEWHAT OF A HABIT AND HOBBY FOR THE GENERAL PUBLIC. WE HAVE STOOPED TO A NEW LOW IN RHETORIC AND LIES BY all kinds of PEOPLE FROM ALL WALKS OF LIFE. BY ACCEPTING PERSONAL DEFINITIONS, ADOPTING SLANG AND ALLOWING ANYONE TO SPEAK THEIR OWN TRUTH we've embrace deception. no one has their own truth! the truth cannot be owned. the truth must be discovered, exposed OR revealed. anyone, anything OR anybody CAN DELIVER TRUTH. simply possessing truth does not imply authorship or ownership. here are THREE COMMON examples of overlooked everyday lies. The lie with the most longevity is that "History repeats itself." The most destructive lie is the insignificant "white lie." Any compromise of integrity allows the "Big Lie." There's an old proverb that says, "the next teacher we need will surely appear." Our job is to be ready and teachable. The new teacher has one agenda; not to teach us a lesson, but for us to learn the lesson it is teaching. When it is necessary our new teacher can be seemingly cold, heartless and tough. These teachers understand the powerful internal forces of our egos and biased thinking. Sometimes it takes a dramatic event like addiction, sickness or death to finally listen to the voice of the teacher that has been speaking to us. As we meet these teachers throughout our lives many of us ignore or resist them. These teachers are more like shepherds. As we get to know them well, we respond to the sound of their voice which never changes. As Jesus said "My sheep hear my voice." History does not repeat itself. History simply gives an account of what has already occurred. History often resembles itself but can never be identical. History appears different when the learned lessons of the past are properly applied. History looks the same when we behave the same under similar circumstances. We're the ones who characterize this lie though using slights of words that are seemingly insignificant. We don't repeat history, we repeat mistakes historically. "White Lies" form the perimeter of Black holes! The term "White Lies," is derived from telling a "harmless" lie to protect or spare someones feelings. The origins of this expression are not rooted in racism, it's worse than that. It is the premise for moral failure. A lie for any reason is a lie. There are no good or bad ones. The idea that someone can hurt our feelings is preposterous. Feelings are what we hurt through, they cannot be hurt themselves. A "white lie" is uttered under the assumption that we can intentionally perform evil in the expectation for good to come out of it. The "big lie" is that one lie is differs in gravity from another. The spiritual realm makes no distinctions for offenses. He that offends in one point is guilty of all. Lies have no degrees of intensity or severity we give that to them. We are not obligated to every intention we have, but we are obligated to every "word of promise" we speak. Expect to make enemies by speaking the TRUTH. However remember to speak the TRUTH in love. It is not our job to get others straight, teach them a lesson or enact revenge. The TRUTH, is that the motivation for correction should be the edification of the offender rather than the aggrandizement of the corrector. All lies are rooted in distraction, deception or destruction. Lying is learned and improves through practice. We are holistic beings and whatever energy we put into one aspect of ourselves, affects every other aspect of our being. There is no such thing as an act of God for those who do not believe in God. Insurance companies that profess theology must create policies that exclude acts of God. The general idea that all of life is connected is a principle of spirituality. It’s well known that both our mental and physical health can improve when we subject them to spiritual principles.
